Our Collaborative Action-Research taught us how social workers and youngsters involved in child protection define success. Our research team worked on those results, based on the Merging of Knowledge, on the Personal and Collective Strategic Empowerment and on the ethic framework.
Together, we created pedagogical contents about success. What is success (from youngster’ and from social workers’ point of view)? Thanks to those contents, the social worker can better help his public to define their own success, and act to progress toward it.
